|Question:||Serial number not working after I updated/Patched my game|

Please follow the below steps to resolve your issue.
1- Download all the updates first and place them on your desktop.
(If you know what version number your game is just download the updates after your games version number. If you don't know what version number your game is, it's ok because any previous updates won't install)
2- Uninstall your game and reboot.
3- Log in as the administrator and turn off all anti virus and firewall software.
4- Begin installing your game to it's default locations.
(*Please note - You cannot install to a flash drive or network drive.)
5- After your program has installed, reboot, turn off all anti virus and firewall software and install the updates from oldest to newest.

6- After last update/patch has installed, reboot and play!
*If you encounter any trouble while installing to a Windows Vista or Windows 7 OS please try running your program in "Compatibility Mode." If this is a 64bit OS please try running it in "32 bit Compatibility Mode." You will need to reboot & login as the administrator to begin fresh. Please follow the directions below if you don’t know how to run something in compatibility mode.
To Run Game In Compatibility Mode
Navigate to C:\Program Files\SOFTWARE NAME\SOFTWARE NAME.exe, right click on the exe, choose properties, choose compatibility, click the "Run this program in compatibility mode or 32bit compatibility mode" and choose "Windows XP Compatibility Mode", (Or Win 98) Also in this box tick "Run as Administrator"
